Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission system. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.
Abstract submission does not mean you are registered for the conference, so please make sure that you register through the website during the registration period.

General Instructions
Language English Only
Title Only the first letter of the title starts with a capital letter, except the proper nouns.
Length Title : Up to 30 words
Body : Up to 300 worlds
Keywords Up to five keywords
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest (Optional) Abstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interests in the submission form.
Modification Available until the deadline of the abstract submission at My Page.
Authors should indicate their presentation type preference: Poster presentation only vs. Oral or Poster presentation
(“Poster presentation only” implies that your abstract will be considered for poster presentation only.)
If you are submitting more than one abstract you can use the same login for each abstract.
Please make sure that you receive an acknowledgment of your submission by email after you submit an abstract.
It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
No proofreading will be carried out, and no correction will be possible after the submission deadline.
The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register and attend the conference to ensure the publication of abstracts.
Abstract Review & Notification of Result
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to the review process.
Notification of acceptance will be informed by e-mail to the presenting author and the corresponding author.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please fill out the “Withdrawal Request Form” and send an e-mail to the IPGSA 2023 Secretariat as soon as possible.
If the presenter of the accepted abstract does not register by the deadline for Pre-Registration, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
